About Me
Are you experiencing something difficult and seeking new ways to approach this challenge? Are you pursuing personal growth and looking for support? Maybe you'd like more insight into yourself? I believe therapy can help. Working together, we can identify effective ways to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, ways to live a life that is guided by your values, and help you understand yourself on a deeper level. I believe that you are the expert of your life and experiences - I would be honoured to support you as you explore who you are and how you want to show up in your life.
You can trust me to bring my authentic self into our work together. In my work with individuals, I draw from lived experience with life transitions, complex family systems, and adoption. My work integrates a Person-Centred approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Compassion and genuine engagement guide my interactions. I am also committed to practicing in a way that is culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive.
I would be happy to connect with you for a free consultation, to see if I'm a good fit to support you on your therapeutic journey.
