I work from a holistic lens, attempting to bring insight and understanding to issues from a wide range of perspectives. My approach is rooted in self-compassion and non-judgmental awareness. I operate predominately from an Internal Family Systems (IFS/ Parts Work) lens, and also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Focused Therapy.
