I have years of experience treating a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief/loss, emotional dysregulation/anger, self esteem issues, adjustment issues, relationship issues, and other behavioral, cognitive and emotional problems. I work within evidence based and integrative approach.
I provide a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental space so together we work to create a pathway to break the patterns that keep you stuck, and make sense of the well meaningful patterns to help improve your quality of life and overall wellbeing. I am culturally sensitive and draw upon client's strength to reinforce personal resources and build resiliency.
