About Me
I am a South- Asian therapist who grew up in the Middle East as an
immigrant. I support adolescents(13+) and adults in their 20s and 30s.
I believe every person is inherently driven toward and has the capacity for growth when in the right environment. While working together collaboratively, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and
judgment-free space allowing for self-reflection and self-understanding. I can help you focus and build on your strengths
and supports, look for new perspectives, learn skills, and use them to work on yourself and your overall mental health.
Growing up as an immigrant, I understand how it feels like to move
away from familiarity and comfort. I'm culturally sensitive in my work
and support the 2SLGBTQ+ community as well. I have a trauma-informed, client-centered, and integrative approach. Therapy sessions would be tailored based on what works best for you, and your needs and challenges.
Reaching out for help and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable takes a lot of courage, and I look forward to working together if you are ready to take this step. Contact me to book a free 15-minute consult call. Remember, one doesn’t have to be at their lowest to seek help!
