About Me
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who has experience working with those with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, relationship issues, and concurrent disorders, I am passionate about providing person-centred care and compassion to those on their journey towards healing and self growth. As an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist, I strive to always provide affirming care in a safe and non judgemental environment.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, and I use and draw from a variety of approaches and modalities in my work. These include Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I am highly collaborative and will work with you to empower you towards your goals.
I first and foremost believe that you are the expert on yourself, and will meet you where you are at. If you think we are a good match or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
