About Me
As a gay man myself, I deeply understand the significance of creating a space that is not just accepting but affirming of all identities and experiences. My approach is rooted in compassion and centred around building a safe environment to foster self-discovery, resilience, and meaningful change. I specialize in navigating relationship issues, emotional challenges, meaning, and self-worth, with a gentle focus on understanding and transforming the underlying causes of distress. I offer non-judgmental therapy to adults from various diverse backgrounds and life experiences dealing with challenges like anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship issues, trauma, identity, and existential concerns. My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based methods, focusing on helping clients understand the factors shaping their behaviors and changing unhelpful patterns.
